Context Overview
Apps4Business is a platform that helps C-level employees manage projects, set goals, and create personalized development plans with AI-powered recommendations. They struggled to define a clear competitive advantage and value proposition, which made it difficult to build a focused, user-centric product.
We started by using a Value Proposition Canvas to clarify the product’s benefits for end users. Once this foundation was set, we transitioned to concept design, creating user flows and a clickable prototype. This allowed for effective testing and refinement, aligning the product vision with user needs and streamlining the development process.
